Workshop on “FEMTOSECOND STIMULATED RAMAN”

We propose to hold a workshop on the femtosecond stimulated Raman spectroscopy on the Aug 12th, (Sunday), the day before the start of the International Conference on Raman Spectroscopy (ICORS2012).

The objective of the workshop is to share and discuss in detail about the stimulated Raman experimental methods and future challenges. In particular, we hope that the workshop would provide the minute technical details of setting up a laboratory along with procedure for data processing and understanding the spectral line shapes.

The sessions would include lectures from eminent experts and also a hands on experiment session in the laboratory.
