A tour shall be operated only if there are at least 10 participants.

Terms & Conditions:

  1. Participation fee includes :
    • Conference and Exhibition participation on August 12-17, 2012.
    • Participant kit

  2. The registration fee does not include any travel cost, accommodation, sightseeing tours or airport transfer.

  3. All registered students are required to send (via Email: chairman@icors2012.org or Fax: +91 80 2360 0803) a scanned copy of the letter indicating the student status from their respective University/ Institute, failing which the registration would be considered invalid.

  4. Accompanying Person registration fee includes the mentioned Accompanying Person's Programmes. However all additional expenses (Entry Fees/ Tickets, Food, etc) to each place has to be borne by the participant.

  5. While your safety is of utmost importance, the committee or the organisers will take no responsibility for loss of belongings/ valuables or damage to property.

  2. Wire Transfer:

    1. The wire transfer details are available on the registration gateway.

    2. Participants must bear the fees their banks charge for the remittances out of their accounts.
Cancellation Policy:
  1. All cancellation should be made in writing and sent to ICORS 2012 Secretariat via email : chairman@icors2012.org, secretariat@icors2012.org
