Tata auditorium will have The parallel sessions will be held in the main hall as well as the other three halls of the complex (A, B, C). The posters shall be held in a large space shared with the exhibitors.

When and where: All ICORS presentations are coded to indicate their type and their position/time. For instance, "TuA – OB2" refers to a the second lecture (oral) in a Tuesday AM parallel session in hall B. Similarly, "ThP - OP1" refers to first plenary lecture on Thursday PM in the main hall. "Fr – 087" refers to a Friday poster in slot 087.

Abstracts: All participants shall receive a conference booklet containing lecture and poster summaries at the registration desk. The full abstracts submitted by the participants is available on web, and a CD with the same contents shall be given to you in the registration kit.

Lecture instructions: The speakers are requested to have their laptops set-up at least 15 minutes before the start of their session. Please contact the volunteers in-charge of the hall of your lecture to check the projected display. If you shall be bringing your presentation on a USB stick/key, you are welcome to use laptops reserved for ICORS presentations. For this, we urge you to contact the volunteer as early as possible in the day. Please note that the only standard versions of Microsoft Office for Windows, OpenOffice, and Acrobat Reader shall be available on these laptops. If your presentation file requires other special software or plugins, or requires non-standard fonts, it is possible that your presentation may not work properly. In such a case, please try to find a colleague at the meeting who can help. Laser pointers and slide changers shall be provided.

Poster instructions: There shall be three poster sessions at this conference, on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. The ones on Monday and Tuesday include a block of time during the lunch break and another after the afternoon parallel session. The one on Friday is a single block of time beginning at the lunch hour. Posters can be put up during the first coffee break of a given day, and must be removed either at the end of the day or by the coffee break of the next day. A poster tube can be easily lost if misplaced and lacking identification. Therefore, we suggest that an identification label containing your name be stuck on them.

Poster sizes: The poster boards available for ICORS have the dimensions (W x H) of about 32 in x 41 inches, or about 81 cm x 104 cm. These dimensions are a little smaller than the standard poster A0 size (84 cm x 119 cm), especially in the vertical direction. We therefore request you to limit the contents of the poster to *at most* the board dimensions. If it is possible to crop the poster physically to about (75 cm or) 80 cm x 100 cm, we recommend it. Pins shall be provided at the venue.
